Rigsby Realty & Auction was founded 30 years ago with the motto, “ Our #1 goal is to get your property sold.”  This clear focused goal has forged the company into one of the top company’s in Franklin County. This work force encompasses all phases of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, development, estate settlements, and a variety of auctions.

Since 1985 Rigsby Realty has developed and sold Springbrook, Winchester Village, Cedar Mountain, M & R Estates, Sewanee Summit, Lakepark, Sunshine Village, Pleasant Cove, Rock Creek West, Heatherwood, Ridgeville, The Meadows, Blue Springs, The Crossing at Blue Springs, Chattin Farms, Modena Estates, and Evans Estates. These subdivisions combined have a total of 1,065 lots and all but 33 have been sold.

The company is family-owned and operated by Billy, Patsy, and B.J. Rigsby, Jr.
